The second option is our "Featured Plan" which includes a business card ad, photo ad or a website link. The third option is our "Premium Plan" which includes a business card ad, a photo ad or a website link. The fourth is our "Platinum Plan" which includes a business card ad, a photo ad or a website link with a free web page to run as your ad. The word "Free" is: what it says, free, with no cost ever like: free email accounts, surfing the internet and as all free chat rooms. The word "Item" is: something to sell by ownership and made of a value to sell. The last word "Trader" is: to exchange something of a value. Any promotional offer we give to a person or business is "Free"or a "Promotional Paid Offer" by any verification like: our email, our verbal agreement, our published offer or by our legal written source. As For Any Authorized Paid Business Website Ads, "Your Permanent 1,000 Sponsor Business Ad" will be advertised on this website so as long as we are still publishing our website online and/or operating this legal trader ad business. "One-Time Fee" is: paying only once and not paying any more. This legal agreement and any modifications published by FreeItemTrader.com over the contract constitute the entire and only agreement between User and "Free Item Trader" with respect to the Contract and supersede all other communications and agreements with regard to subject matter hereof.
4. Term
This agreement for use of the Service will be in effect from the date the User signs contract. The contract is good for two years. User has the option to renew contract upon your satisfication. There is no contract for other free/paid-business/item: text only/texts/links/photos/listings.
5. Limitation Of Liability
NEITHER FREE ITEM TRADER NOR NAY OF PROVIDERS, EMPLOYERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE SERVICE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, NEITHER FREE ITEM TRADER NOR ANY OF PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES MAKE ANY WARRANT AS TO THE RESULT TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED AS AN 'AS IS', 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANITIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
